If you're looking for tile, I would highly recommend Best Tile. I entered into the store and Tom greeted me kindly. My husband and I were renovating our kitchen so I brought my countertop & cabinet samples as well as photos of my hard wood floor color because the kitchen is flanked with the dining room on one side and the family room on the other side. Because the kitchen sits inbetween these two rooms, we wanted the tile in the kitchen to blend with the transitioning into these two rooms.Tom showed me various tiles which would work and sent me home with them to observe how they would look in various lighting during various times of the day. Prior to leaving, he also showed me how the directionality of installation would make the kitchen look in different ways. I went home with much knowledge and I took the time to manipulate the tiles. In following his advice, we were able to determine which tile would look the nicest and work the best in our kitchen. When I went back to purchase the tile I brought back the samples and Tom showed me the grout colors which would work. Best Tile held the tile for me until the contractor needed it. I spoke with Cris on the phone to get it shipped and, like Tom, she was very knowledgeable and friendly so I happily checked this off from the kitchen to do list. The installation went smoothly and now we're enjoying making many memories in our new kitchen. We need to renovate two bathrooms so I will defintely be returning soon. Given the experience, the demeanor of the associates, and the quality and design of the product lines at Best Tile, I think if you need tile, you should go to the store and see how they can help you.

I walked into Best Tile tired and overwhelmed and walked out at ease, with borrowed samples in hand and a clear plan. Cris fully took the time to listen to me and understand what my vision was and she was super patient, kind and fun to work with, she continued to pull options and offer suggestions until it felt right.
During the remodel we shifted gears a little bit and wound up one piece short on bullnose,l and with excess of another bullnose - when I called in we all chuckled and the order for my single tile was placed with no issues 😅.
The return policy is excellent, everyone I have spoken to when I call has been incredibly kind and helpful. They worked with my budget, they have a great selection. We will be back for future projects 😊

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Cris provided expert assistance in designing our new bathroom taking off tons of our stress and lowering decision fatigue. Could not have done it without her and rest of staff!! Highly recommend Best Tile of East Brunswick.

What is in a name “Best Tile”? Everything! After tirelessly searching the internet and big box stores for a backsplash for my extensive kitchen renovation, my husband and I took a drive up to Best Tile on Route 18 in East Brunswick. After looking at a wonderful selection of tiles, my heart skipped a beat as my eyes locked onto the six piece “Grace Plaque” in Gimlet. My search was over. I had found the piece needed to make my kitchen renovation complete. In addition with finding a piece that took my breath away, I had the pleasure of receiving invaluable advice and design assistance from one heck of an expert in the way of Cris Martins. One of the best customer oriented professionals that seem sometimes to be in short supply. I couldn’t be more happy with my backsplash choice and with meeting Cris Martins. Go visit the store when you’re in the area or if you need to find something different from the norm. You’ll love both the products, and meeting Cris.

Best Tile place in Central NJ
A contractor that we received a quote from recommended this place to us. Fantastic Find. Large variety and assortment of tiles with up-to-date / modern inventory. Janet was very helpful and patient with us as we came back several times before making a final decision on tiles for our master bathroom and powder room. She made recommendations on the layout / design which were very helpful too. For smaller bathrooms, it was recommended to lay tiles in diamond pattern. They allowed us to take a few of the tiles home to see how they would look before purchase without a deposit too. Best Tile is one of the best tile places in Central New Jersey. Outstanding/ Exceptional service. They were helpful from beginning to end of project. Highly recommend.
UPDATE:
We are a repeat customer that used Best Tile again when renovating another bathroom. It was a pleasure working with them as they were very helpful and patient with us.
