I am designing a new construction home. I sent Joe pictures of my inspiration and ideas for all 3 bathrooms. He sent me pictures back with tiles he had in stock that fit my looks. He completely nailed it! Same day he wrote up an estimate, and scheduled delivery for the very next day!! (we are on Long Island) Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.
