If I could leave 0 stars I would. For such expensive fixtures I’d expect better service. I have all kitchen and bathroom fixtures from waterworks. They came with the apartment.
1) The bathroom shower knob screw plug falls off and stopper is difficult to use I.e sometimes it doesn’t plug and after adjusting sometimes won’t come back up
2) sink faucet started to leak. Ordered a new cartridge and it was under 3 year warranty. 2 years in it starts leaking again, I call them and they say they stopped making the faucet so no longer under warranty so they’ll give me the webisite that carries the part and they say it’s cheaper than what they sold it to me.
Poor/faulty workmanship. No matter how pretty, I’d rather pay for quality.
